I was asked to categorize the content every day during the event. I also became the assessor for this competition with two other assessors. It was held for one month on www.lombawisatajatim.com. Every day I must make a report to my manager about the updated participant and their contents. While the Public Relation Manager was in other city attending a meeting, I was asked to send the report by email. As the feedback the manager replied my message event report with saying “thanks, The World in Your Hand!!!” It was something unusual and surprised me, because I never thought that the manager will appreciate my job and spare time to reply my email. *On the third week, I still did the same jobs like the second week. Those jobs were **monitoring Lomba Wisata Jatim competition on the internet, news clipping, scanning, and filling the portal news.* In addition, I also asked to record re-organization event of the new manager for each division in Telkom DIVRE V Surabaya by my supervisor. I typed the record and then uploaded this event as Telkom internal news on the website. I have assessed the **whole participant’s creation about tourism and then I made five top rank winners with excel format to the PR Manager as the final report of Lomba Wisata Jatim.* My supervisor and I prepare the reward for the winner on the following day. In addition, I also followed blood donation event and made a report about this event. Blood donation was always held about four times in a year and followed by internal Telkom employee. It was organized by Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) in the Hall of Telkom DIVRE V Surabaya. During the apprenticeship, there was no activity that I did outside due to in January and February Telkom did not have agenda in public area. In the end of the week, me, all division communication staffs and PR manager ate and took picture together on the last day. For farewell I gave a gift as souvenir for this division.
